Credit Card Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Credit Card orders go through a secured web site. All transaction are final. There are no refunds once you place your listing ad with LANDandACREAGE.com.

Paypal Payment Terms:

Use Paypal option for International/Foreign orders. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States due to billing address verification process policy. U.S.A. and Canadian orders could use Paypal payment option.

There is a 3% charge of the total order including shipping/handling charges. When you order is receive, we will email with total charges and Paypal account information where to send funds.

Fees for receiving payments from buyers outside the United States
Price per transaction: 3.9% + $0.30 USD

Fees for receiving payments from buyers in the United States
Price per transaction: 3.0% + $0.30 USD

Your order only reflects the total amount merchandise and does not include shipping/handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be included when order shipped.

Classified Listing
LANDandACREAGE.com posts these listings for a fee of $45 until sold. Your ad includes up to 5 photos, unlimited text description and the ability to list until sold. You can't beat that deal! If you don't have a digital camera, send us photographs and we'll scan them, free of charge. Your ad will be posted within 24 hours of submission.

Once your payment is received and processed, your listing will be posted immediately. You will receive a confirmation email and receive instructions to send up to 5 photos of your property.

Sending Photos for Listing
Send up to 5 photos of your property, acreage, land, cabin or home to sales@landandacreage.com. Include in subject line your property listing number (PLN). Your PLN number is given you receive a confirmation email upon receipt of payment. If you don't have your PLN number accessible, we will find your listing ad.
